George Kao, Business Coach, about AI when it just started, April 2023
George teaches what he calls authentic business. No pressure, no fear of missing out, for coaches, healers and mentors who can't stand pushy marketing. So when he started telling his people to learn AI now or be left behind, I wanted to know why. I asked him on and drew while he talked. What's left for humans?
George's answer: chess is more popular than ever, even though the computer wins. People want to watch humans.
George at the end: "Seeing it come to life on paper like this really helped me to think it through."

It was interesting to draw a business in the presence of the "customers" who can contribute with their own experiences!
Here is what emerged: George's client wears too many hats: home office, laptop, tea, a website that is one big question mark, and every marketing expert telling her to do one more thing.
We drew the pain pit, the common enemy – evil marketing, comparisonitis, hustle – and what they're on their way to: hats on a rack, joyful marketing, am effective website.
What George said afterwards, to the same group:
Drawing one person's business in front of a group works well. Everyone sees how it's done, and one of them walks out with a page. I'd like to do more of these. If you run a group, get in touch.
