I didn't know how to talk about what I do, how to sell it and to show it to the world. Ingrid has the ability to listen on a deeper level than most people. During the session, she said several times 'Stop right there' while we talked. This helped me tremendously to find the valuable bits myself. I got a message that can be shared, a clear structure that helps to share, and help to cut away the fluff from my communication. Now I can connect the dots of what I do to a coherent message.
